Skills2Salary is operated by ATLV Solutions, Orlando, Florida. This policy covers the Sellable Skills Assessment at skill.skills2salary.com. It is written to be read, not to be impressive.

What we collect

When you take the assessment, you give us:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your current or most recent occupation
• Your industry or field
• Your years of experience
• Your current employment situation
• Your ratings for the forty skills in the assessment

We do not ask for your address, your date of birth, your employer, or any payment details, and the assessment has no reason to.

Why we collect it

To score your assessment, to email you your results, and to send you follow-up material about turning your experience into income. Your occupation, industry, years of experience and employment situation help us make that follow-up relevant rather than generic.

Who it is shared with

Three processors, and nobody else:

• n8n — receives your submission, scores it, and passes it on.
• MailerLite — stores your contact record and sends your results and any follow-up email.
• Hostinger — hosts the server this site runs on.

We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers or data brokers. If that ever changes, this policy changes first and you will be told before it takes effect.

Analytics and advertising

This site may load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Analytics. When present, they record that a page was viewed, that the assessment was started, and that it was completed, along with your assessment score and top income path. This lets us measure whether our advertising reaches people it actually helps.

These tools set cookies and may allow Meta and Google to recognise your browser across sites. You can block them with your browser settings, a content blocker, or your device advertising controls. The assessment works normally either way.

Your answers while you take the assessment

While you are answering, your responses are held in your browser’s session storage — in the tab, not on our server. Closing the tab discards them. They reach us only when you finish and the assessment submits them.

How long we keep it

Your contact record and assessment results stay in MailerLite until you ask us to delete them or you unsubscribe and request removal. We do not keep a separate copy elsewhere.

Your choices

• Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.
• You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• You can ask us to correct it.
• You can ask us to delete it, and we will.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Those rights apply regardless of what this policy says.

Children

This assessment is built for experienced working adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and submissions are passed server-side rather than from your browser. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. Only give us information you are comfortable giving.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be announced by email before they take effect.
